Tour Price Includes :

Other expenses arise because of the cancellation of flights and the like.
Expenses that may be incurred as a result of any alteration of the journey, or stay that may be required because of a canceled flight as a result of bad weather or any other circumstances beyond human control such as health complications.

SIC Tours Condition
The SIC tours are running based on fixed timing and fixed itinerary, there is no adjustment and flexibility in terms of timing and places of visit.
Guests must report at the hotel lobby – 15 minutes before the tour starts.
There will be other guests joining for the same tour, punctuality is very important.
If the guest misses the tour pick-up, the vehicle will not return to the hotel.
Transfers are from point A to point B only E.G. Airport to the Hotel [There will be no restaurant meal stop / visit stop] in between.
Only one (01) standard-sized luggage (24-inches check-in luggage) is allowed per person. More than that, extra charges might apply.
IMPORTANT: VTPL will provide an alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in the package is overbooked.
Important Notes:
All the passengers must have an Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charges if any are not included in the package.
Depending on feasibility the travel itinerary flow is subject to change.
In case there is any price change the same will be communicated to you and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services
Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or before confirmations.
You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 35 days before the departure of the tour.
